I'm collecting vegan mac & cheese recipes. My friend Molly sent me this one by Vegan Yum Yum.
And I found this one on the Chow.com site. The name of the recipe is Who Cares? Vegan Mac & Cheese and it won 2nd place at the SF Food Wars' 2009 Mac Battle Royale with Cheese. This one has a lot of ingredients, and several steps so it will be a project to complete. But I'm willing to make the sacrifice. :-)
